摘要:模具结构紧凑、工作可靠、操作方便、运转平稳、冷却效果好、劳动强度低、生产效率高、生产的塑件精度高、生产成本低是注塑模设计的重要依据,利用三维CAD/CAM软件对模具型面进行CAD造型及生成数控加工程序可以优化上述过程。使设计出来的手机外壳表面光滑、外表美观。
塑料注射的设计过程,其中的设计内容有零件的工艺性编制:塑件的工艺性分析、塑件的体积和质量计算及注射机参数的确定;结构设计:分型面选择、型腔数确定、型腔的排列方式、浇口设计、侧向分型抽芯机构设计、推出及复位机构方式确定;型芯、型腔尺寸计算;模具加热和冷却系统计算;模具闭合高度确定;注射机有关参数的校核;如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。
本次设计的制品为手机外壳,首先完成其注射模设计,本文从型腔数量和布局的确定、注射机选择、冷却系统、成型部件的设计等给出了详细的设计过程,然后利用Auto CAD来完成其零件图和装配图,最后利用Master CAM进行模具型面CAD造型,模拟加工部分进行仿真模拟加工,使用加工路径、曲面加工和实体操作管理等命令实现模拟加工和生成模具型面数控加工程序。
