摘 要
海尔集团创立于1984年，20年来持续稳定发展，海尔集团已经成为世界第四大白色家电制造商。中国最具价值品牌，也是中国电子信息百强企业之首。旗下拥有240多家法人单位，在全球30多个国家建立本土化的设计中心、制造基地和贸易公司，全球员工总数超过五万人，重点发展科技、工业、贸易、金融四大支柱产业，2007年海尔集团实现全球营业额1180亿元。
本次实施的范围是面向海尔集团全球化制定企业模板，并在冰箱、洗衣机产品本部、青岛产品事业部、物流、商流和资金流范围内实施。按照SAP的标准实施方法来进行项目实施。
SAP的技术支持和服务网络对用户在实施和使用过程中可能出现的问题进行解答。它是用户的助手，所以用户永远可以放心，在整个实施过程中总会有一个朋友随时能来帮助你。用户将得到从项目开始到成功实施及其后续方面的支持，服务包括咨询和培训。ASAP提升了服务与支持的范围，即所有与SAP环境相关的服务。“早期预警”（Early Watch），概念评估和启动检查是其中的一部分，可用来保证整体的品质并主动的方式来调整SAP系统。
按照SAP的 ASAP方法，HGVS项目一期（事业部）和二期（商流）已经在海尔信息化平台成功运行。
