摘要
随着中国经济不断发展，经济全球化已成为必然趋势。在全球经济趋向信息化的时代背景下，从我国企业信息化的意义、内容及目前发展状况，深入分析现阶段我国企业信息化建设中存在的问题，进而提出解决问题的对策。政府和企业合力，以达到加快我国企业信息化建设发展的步伐。信息化革命正在打破并重组现存的国际经济秩序和结构，并促使其由物质型向信息型经济转变。并且随着经济的全球化趋势，如果没有信息化，企业的改造、重构、工业化的进程就会怠慢，企业的生存和发展就会成为大问题。从当前来讲，先行一步的企业常会成为赢家，而那些不能及时做出应对的企业，即使幸免被淘汰，也只能被挤到低增长的经营领域中分得残羹冷炙。
企业信息化包括销售、生产、服务等方面内容，而实质是企业管理的信息化，是企业 将融合世界先进管理思想的信息技术进一步应用于管理，提高企业管理的效率和效益。企业管理的信息化在某种意义上意味着企业的全面信息化。它包括着企业内部管理信息化和企业的外部沟通信息化。
在本篇中着重对公司管理信息系统研究和开发的各个方面进行说明与分析。在分析的过程中，综合运用软件工程，网络安全以及软件测试的思想与原则进行。在本文中主要是说明该系统的设计前期的系统需求分析，并根据需求分析设计功能模块的过程，以及各个功能模块的作用和地位。在进行了系统的设计后，又对该系统的数据库设计进行了详细的说明，并对该系统的代码设计、界面设计、输入输出设计等进行了分析，以便更好的了解该系统，最后进行了公司管理信息系统的测试，在测试中得到该系统的安全性以及实用性的分析与概括。在进行各个分析之后，确定了系统的实行的可能性与可行性，对系统的几个具体的实现问题进行了概括，在此基础上进行该系统的设计开发。
该公司管理信息系统的功能在测试时得到了肯定，希望在今后的具体使用中，可以更好的发挥它的优点，改善不足之处，提高企业信息管理的准确性。

Design and Implementation of the HuanqiuCompany management System

本系统应具有公司基本信息的管理、公司往来客户信息的管理、公司和客户关系的管理、公司员工信息的管理以及对公司基本财务信息的管理的功能，下面对每项功能进行具体展开：
公司基本信息管理：包括公司基本信息添加、公司基本信息编辑以及公司基本信息查询三部分。其中，编辑分为修改和删除操作，在管理员对公司信息进行添加、修改之后，系统会给出相应的提示信息，引导管理员进行正确的操作。
客户信息管理：包括客户信息添加、编辑以及查询，在编辑界面中，管理员可以查看所有的客户信息，并对客户信息进行修改和删除操作。
客户关系管理：包括关系信息添加、关系信息编辑和关系信息查询。在进行了每一项操作后，系统都会根据用户的操作进行简单的判断，并给出相应的提示信息。
员工信息管理：该模块包括了员工信息的添加、查看、修改、删除以及查询。系统在管理员操作的全程都会给出相应的提示信息，以便管理员的操作能够正确进行。
财务管理：该功能是对员工的工资信息进行查看。
公司管理信息系统在整个开发过程中采用了面向过程的开发方法，利用Visual Basic 技术对整个的公司管理信息的工作过程进行了计算机系统模拟，设计与实现。体现了面向过程开发方法的优越性，以及可视化编程的方便快捷。另外，该公司管理信息系统采用的后台数据库为SQL Sever 2000，该数据库在设计与开发的过程中也起到了至关重要的作用，体现了该数据库系统的强大功能。虽然通过系统的软件测试方法的检测，但是该公司管理信息系统还存在着一些潜在的缺陷：
首先，该公司管理信息系统在设计实现时对课程的信息存储量虽然有一个很好的估计，但是由于很多原因造成设计时并没有完成信息的大量的存储，需要在有些情况下进行过期信息的删除。
