摘 要
随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。在信息时代这种传统的图书管理方式必然被计算机为基础的信息管理系统所取代。因为作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对图书信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高图书管理的效率。图书管理系统是一个学校不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于学校的管理者和读者来说都至关重要,直接关系到图书的借用率，所以开发图书管理系统能够为管理员和读者提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。本文采用VB和ACCESS等软件为开发工具，设计出一个图书管理信息系统，对图书、读者、用户的信息进行统一管理，便于添加、修改、查询。涉及到的主要内容有：体系结构规划、设计平台的搭建以及系统的设计。主要实现的功能模块有对用户、读者、图书信息的添加、修改、删除、查询，图书的借阅、归还管理，数据信息的统计。设计充分利用visual basic 6.0、access 数据库技术的强大力量，提高了编程效率和可靠性。

Abstract
More and more thorough but extensive application on the management along with the information technique, the implement of the management information system is already gradually mature on the technique.The new course that manage the information system is a to develop continuously, the whichever unit wants to exist to want the development, wanting to organize organically the internal activity high-efficiencily, must build up and mutually accommodative management information system of the oneself characteristics.This literary grace uses VB and ACCESS etc. softwares in order to develop the tool, design a book management information system, carry on unifying the management to the information of the book, reader, customer, easy to increase, modify,and search.The main contents that involve have:The system structure programming, the design terrace build and the design of the system.The function mold piece of the main realization has to increase, modify, delete, search to the customer, reader, the book information, the book borrows to read, return the management, covariance and various statements of the data information to make use of the visual basic 6.0, technical strong power of database of access, raised the plait distance efficiency and credibilities

各模块功能
根据使用者的不同可以将本系统划分为四个模块：
① 登录：主要包括高级管理员和普通管理员（图书管理和用户管理）
② 图书：主要包括图书借约与归还，图书查询修改等
③ 管理员：主要包括管理员的添加修改删除等
④ 学生 :主要包括学生用户的添加修改删除等
而在本系统中我主要制作图书的借约归还查询，学生用户的添加修改删除查询数据库的备份与恢复等
